Terms of Service

1. Membership

A Rionna / Pink Connections membership is a subscription that gives you access to our mobile app, the private members' community, and related content. Membership is personal to you and non-transferable.

2. Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page on the website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Community conduct

By joining the community you agree to treat other members, trainers, and staff with respect. We reserve the right to remove any content or revoke membership for conduct that harms the community.

4. Content

Members retain ownership of what they post in the community. We grant ourselves a limited licence to host, display, and moderate that content inside the platform.

5. Racing data

Racing data (entries, declarations, results) is sourced from licensed third-party providers. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate but can't guarantee it — never use Rionna as your sole source for betting or other decisions.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rionna's liability is limited to the amount you've paid in membership fees in the last 12 months.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
